Policy

Before you can book time on the scanners, you first need an approved project as well as a designated MR operator (by 'bringing your own' or arranging scanning assistance).

There are a number of booking rules to accomodate the many projects and use the scanners efficiently. If you have reasons to think your project is incompatible with these rules please contact Trijntje Sjoerdsma.

Booking

Keep in mind the following when booking the scanner:

A booking should be made adjacent to an existing booking
or starting at 9h or 18h (Mon-Fri)
or finishing at 18h (mon-Fri).

Note that only one of these conditions has to be fulfilled. Bookings are checked against the conditions and can be rejected by the SC staff.

Cancellations

Possible until 7 days before booking, after that hours are charged.
Please notify other users via the sc3tusers or sc7tusers mailing list.

- 3T and 3T testing room
- 7T and 7T testing room
- TMS lab
- mock scanner
- meeting room

Access to the different schedules is user specific based on active projects.
