scan assistance: set fee of €83 per booking + €39/hr, minimum of one hour

All others:

3T: €386/hr
7T: €523/hr
scan assistance: set fee of €83 per booking  + €58/hr, minimum of one hour

All bookings per 15 minutes.

Listed prices are net prices, i.e.; excl. VAT, for the present year and are subject to yearly price indexation (historically, before 2023, 2%, but in light of current inflation we advise budgeting a 5 to 7% increase in grants).

At the end of each quarter, Spinoza will send an overview of all reservations and associated costs via e-mail to the PI and the first researcher listed in the project form. Should there be a complaint with respect to (part of) the overview, this must be communicated to Spinoza via [email protected] within 30 days. In the absence of (a timely receipt of) such a written complaint, the overview shall be deemed accepted without reservation and the corresponding invoice sent to the address listed in the billing information in the project form.
