- Your supervisor should request a Spinoza staff account by emailing support with your full name, start and finishing dates and the project(s) you will be working on. With this account, you will be able to:
- Log into, and edit, the Spinoza centre wiki at https://www.spinozacentre.nl/scwiki/ and the Dumoulin lab wiki at https://www.spinozacentre.nl/dlwiki/. Use your short username. The scwiki contains all kinds of useful information on the centre and its resources. It also outlines how to change your password. https://www.spinozacentre.nl/scwiki/index.php/staff:Changing_your_Spinoza_password_/_password_policy People often experience difficulties setting a password through the online interface. A good alternative is to log in to the Spinoza computing cluster and use the passwd command in a terminal or use one of the desktops in the centre.
- Connect to our office messaging system Zulip (open-source Slack alternative) at http://zulip.spinozacentre.nl. Use your short username. A Zulip client for your phone can be downloaded at

- On computers, we recommend using the Ferdium messaging browser that includes support for Zulip, Slack and WhatsApp. https://ferdium.org/download
