MR support

We have started two initiatives to provide more personalised support for Spinoza users, for example with regard to sequence parameters, sequence development, experimental setup and such.

First, we have created a dedicated email for support questions: [email protected]. We will monitor this email address to make sure that:

1. the right staff member addresses the questions, and
2. that the question gets addressed in a timely fashion.

Second, we have reserved a weekly timeslot where all staff members are available for consultation.

• This time-slot is every Tuesday from 10:30-11:00.
