Office hours

The Spinoza facilities can be used 24/7.

• Technical and BHV/ERO support are available between 9.00-17.00h Monday through Friday with the exception of public holidays (see below).
• Outside these times at least one person with BHV/ERO certification has to be present when you are performing experiments (behavioral as well as MRI). You can request support outside office hours via [email protected].
• Scanning assistants are available between 9.00-17.00h Monday through Friday but need to be booked through the booking system in advance. Outside these times scan-assistants can be requested via [email protected]. The scanning-assistants have fixed days:
  • Monday and Tuesday - Nicky
  • Wednesday - Max
  • Thursday - Eline
  • Friday - Simon

Working outside of office hours

If you're working after hours in the building (Mon-Fri before 6.00 or after 19.00h; Sat-Sun & public holidays all day), please make sure you call 88 (= AMC) from any phone line within the institute (no mobile phone) and announce your presence in the building. While doing that, AMC asks for your whereabouts, so make sure you know what room(s) you’ll be working in (predominantly).

Before leaving, call 88 again and announce you are leaving.
