Access to center
If you want to have access to the Spinoza Center you will need a badge.
AMC/NIN employees use their AMC/NIN card. Other people need to use an external employee badge.
These cards still need to have access to the building.
You can only get access to the scanner room when you are certified to scan at the Spinoza Center.

To be able to work in the Spinoza Centre you need an AMC badge that is authorized for access to the Spinoza Centre. If you don’t have an AMC badge yet you first have to apply for one:
1. Fill in the AMC badge form. The required fields are
- Eigen naam (last name)
- Man (male) / vrouw (female)
- Voornamen voluit (first names)
- Geboortedatum (date of birth)
- Geboorteplaats (place of birth)
- Postadres (postal address)
- Postcode (zip code)
- Woonplaats (city of residence)
- Soort legitimatie (ID type)
- Nummer legitimatie (ID number)
- Datum (current date)
- Handtekening betrokkene (signature)
2. Have the form signed by Trijntje Sjoerdsma ([email protected])
3. Make an [at the AMC HR Service desk]
4. Take the signed form together with an ID (passport or European ID card) to the appointment at the HR Service desk. Note that a driver's license is not considered as a valid identification.
Authorization of the AMC badge to enter the Spinoza Centre
5. Email Trijntje Sjoerdsma with your badge number and she will authorize you for the relevant zones in the Spinoza. The badge number is on the backside.
Stap 2 t/m 5 kunnen in principe op een dag gebeuren, waarbij je punt 3 ook vooraf kunt regelen uiteraard.
