We have started two initiatives to provide more personalised support for Spinoza users, for example with regard to sequence parameters, sequence development, experimental setup and such.
First, we have created a dedicated email for support questions; [File:Support2.png|250px]] We will monitor this inbox that is shared between staff members to make sure that:
- the right staff member addresses the questions, and
- that the question gets addressed in a timely fashion.
Second, we have reserved a weekly timeslot where all staff members are available for consultation.
- This time-slot is every Tuesday from 10:30-11:00.
- You can reserve this time-slot by sending an email toError creating thumbnail: File missing
