FlyWheel is used for automatically archiving and accessing experimental data and running pipelines such as dicom to nifti conversion, quality assessment, defacing of structural scans and FreesSurfer surface reconstruction and segmentation.
- Log in to the SONA Spinoza centre volunteer sign-up system at https://spinoza.sona-systems.com/. Select "AD account Log In” and use your full username. The SONA system is used for recruiting volunteers for experiments.
