We have started two initiatives to provide more personalised support for Spinoza users, for example with regard to sequence parameters, sequence development, experimental setup and such.


First, we have created a '''dedicated email''' for support questions: [mailto:support@spinozacentre.nl support@spinozacentre.nl]. We will monitor this email address to make sure that:
# the right staff member addresses the questions, and
# that the question gets addressed in a timely fashion. 


Second, we have reserved a '''weekly timeslot''' where all staff members are available for consultation. 
* This time-slot is every Tuesday from 10:30-11:00.
